Wanted: Need Code Read

Hi there , As my automotive code reader is probably over 20+ years old , I'm looking for someone with a new or newer code reader that will give a more in depth reading to come around and see if they can pinpoint the problem with our car , and to give us a price for doing so . We have the dreaded PO300 showing . I have changed quite a few parts and it is still running really rough like it did when it first went into reduced power mode .
